Wife to the Senate minority leader, Esther Philip Aduda, in company of others have vowed to mobilized support for the emergence of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Honourable David Ombugadu as governor in Nasarawa in the 2023 general election.
Honourable Esther Philip Aduda, while addressing a group under the auspices of Nigerian Women in Support of Atiku/ Ombugadu in Karshi Development Area of Karu LGA in Nasarawa State, enjoined the group to remain focus and remain undistracted.
The women endorsed the PDP candidates for president, Governorship, Senate, House of Representative and down to the state assembly levels.
Aduda expressed confidence in the capacity of the Peoples Democratic Party, it’s presidential candidate, the former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, the Nasarawa State governorship candidate as well as in honourable Bulus Babawi, the house of reps candidate for Karu, Kokona and Keffi Federal constituency.
According to her, ” The PDP never lost election in the 2019 election and will not lose in the forthcoming election, especially that we are now will prepared against previous election in the country. So I am confident and optimistic of our party winning the election,” She stated.
On her part,bhonourable Faith Amos Musa, who represented the wife of Honourable Bulus Babawi, said she believed that the PDP and it presidential candidate have the magic for the economic development of Nigeria.
According to her, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has more to offer to Nigerians than the ruling APC, whose Seven years in power succeeded in impoverishing Nigerians .
” You can imagine the prices of food items in the market and the price of petrol today.This is why i am calling on all Nigerians , especially the women and youth to use their PVCs and vote for the PDP candidates from the top to the bottom in the coming election” She added.
Earlier, the convener of the G/Garden Nigerian Women in support of Atiku and Ombugadu, Mrs Rahab Nasara, said the essence of the meeting was to endorsed the presidential and governorship candidate of the PDP as well as assured the other candidates of the party that the group is firmly behind them to deliver the PDP come 2023.
