Dr Sam Eno, the candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) for Cross River Central Senatorial District, said he is optimistic that he will emerge victorious in the 2023 parliamentary election.

Eno, a former director in Ministry Petroleum Resources and Niger Delta Affairs made this known on Monday in Abuja. He said he is confident to win because the candidates of PDP and APC who have represented the zone over the years have no meaningful thing to show for it.

He promised among other things to be transparent and accountable to the people, create job opportunities, give scholarship to students.

“I have what I called six big wings. What somebody else can call his six-point agenda, I call these big wings because to me there are things that are doable. I have been a Director in Ministry of People Resources, Director in Ministry Niger Delta Affairs. “I say what I can do, The first thing is deliberate placement of unemployed youths in ministries and agencies. The second thing I want to do is to focus on creating an environment whereby, the youths can own their businesses, and I know how to go about it. I want to introduce mobile clinics in the rural areas where you have one or two doctors in a mobile van.”

According to him, he will ensure proper utilization of the constituency projects among others.

Meanwhile, he commended  said the nomination of Bishop Isaac Idahosa as Running Mate to NNPP Presidential Candidate, Senator Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
