Honourable Buhari Sani Sadeeq
A youth leader aspirant in the upcoming All Progressive Congress (APC) national convention, Honourable Buhari Sani Sadeeq has promised to work for the realization of permanent peace and unity in the country if elected as the youths’ leader.
Hon. Sadeeq in an exclusive interview with Core Reporters on Tuesday said, his mission to the APC National Secretariat was to join hands with other leaders of the party and the federal government in promoting social, political and economic freedom as well as the general welfare of the citizenry. This, he said, is with the view to permanently ensuring the establishment of peace, freedom, dignity of labour, equity and happiness for all Nigerians and foreigners alike.
He said that if elected he will initiate town hall meetings for all the APC youths in all the six geo-political regions in the country with the view to bringing them together in order to foster unity among the youths in the country which invariably will translate to the society at large.
Sadeeq emphasized that outside political parties, we are all Nigerians, therefore, there is a need for all the youths in APC and Nigeria as a whole to learn how to cohabit with one another for the country to grow beyond this level.
“My fellow progressive youths, stakeholders and leaders of our great party, APC, my interest to contest for the position of the youths leader of our party is born out of my personal desire to contribute my progressive vision, my ideal and experience towards improving a lot of our (APC) and Nigeria youths in general,” he said.
Meanwhile, APC National Convention has been slated for February 26, 2022, in Abuja.
