NISO Management, Presidential Adviser on Power Brainstorm on Strengthening Grid Reliability

The Management of the Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO), led by its Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Abdu Bello Mohammed, on Friday, May 29, 2026, received the Special Adviser to the President on Power, Mr. Lanre Babalola, and his delegation at the NISO Corporate Headquarters in Abuja.

The visit provided a platform for strategic discussions on the operations of the national grid, ongoing reforms in the power sector, and the Federal Government’s commitment to supporting NISO in the effective discharge of its mandate.
Key deliberations centered on enhancing grid reliability, improving operational efficiency, promoting transparency, and ensuring overall system stability within the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).
