The All Progressive Congress (APC) has felicitated with the executive governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai on his 61st birthday anniversary.
.APC noted that El-Rufai has distinguished himself and made indelible marks while serving this country as a minister, specifically spearheading the federal government’s privatization exercise, to restore the Federal Capital Territory’s master plan.
In a statement by the National Secretary, Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), APC, Sen. John Akpan Udoedehe, the administration of El-Rufai as the government of Kaduna State has been exemplary in investing in human capital development of the people, revamping public infrastructure and services and attracting economic opportunities which is gainfully impacting on the people.
According to the statement, “At party level, many will recall the excellent work Governor el-Rufai did as Chairman of the APC Committee on True Federalism. The sweeping report of the Committee on True Federalism is currently being considered by the National Assembly Constitution Review Committee.
“ El-Rufai has displayed a sincerity of purpose and strong political will to tackle security challenges recorded in the state.
“We pray for wisdom and good health as Governor el-Rufai continues to contribute to the development of Kaduna State, the country and our great party,” the statement reads.
