AMAC Chariman Maikalangu Approves Dissolution of Cabinet, Political Appointees

The Executive Chairman of the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon. Christopher Zakka Maikalangu, has approved the immediate dissolution of the Council’s Executive Cabinet and political aides.
The dissolution affects the Council Secretary, all Supervisory Councillors, Special Advisers (SAs), Senior Special Assistants (SSAs), and Personal Assistants (PAs).
A statement signed by Kingsley Madaki, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Public Affairs to the Executive Chairman, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon Christopher Zakka Maikalangu said, the directive takes immediate effect.
According to the statement, Hon. Maikalangu expressed his profound gratitude to the outgoing cabinet members and aides for their dedication, hard work, and selfless service toward the development of the Abuja Municipal Area Council.
He commended their invaluable contributions to the numerous achievements recorded by his administration so far and wished them the absolute best in their future professional and personal endeavors.
Core Reporters report that all affected officials were advised to hand over all council properties and official documents in their possession to the Head of Administration or the most senior career officers in their respective departments without delay.
