Maiduguri (Core Reporters) The Theatre Commander, Joint Task Force (North East), Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), Major General Abdulsalam Abubakar, has assured the Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB) of the theatre’s unwavering support in strengthening security and academic collaboration.
This assurance was given on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, when the Vice-Chancellor of NAUB, Professor Lawal Bala Buratai, paid a special visit to the Headquarters of OPHK in Maiduguri. The Vice-Chancellor was accompanied by the Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Military), Colonel Yusuf Bello, and the Commanding Officer, Administrative Battalion NAUB, Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Musa.
