APC Confirms Zoning Arrangement for NWC Positions Ahead of 2026 Convention
Abuja (Core Reporters) The All Progressives Congress (APC) has confirmed that the existing zoning arrangement for positions in the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) will remain in force for the forthcoming 2026 National Convention.
A statement signed by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, said as contained in the published All Progressives Congress (APC) 2026 Schedule of Nationwide Congresses, National Convention, and Related Activities, the current distribution of NWC positions across states within the geo-political zones remains valid and applicable.
According to the APC, aspirants intending to contest for national offices during the convention must strictly comply with the established zoning structure.
The party therefore advised all aspirants purchasing and submitting Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms to be guided by the existing zoning arrangement.
