A Civil Society Organisation, Watch Africa has called for a forensic investigation on the activities of the  S.A to the Head of Civil Service of the federation, Mr. Odejinmi Adebayo Olusanjo.
The group alleged that the retired SA to the head of  civil, Odejinmi Adebayo Olusanjo has been a torn in the flesh of many civil servants, adding that he has been terrorising and forcing them to pay him money else he works for their transfer to obsure offices.

In a letter addressed to the head of civil service of the federation dated July 22, 2022, titled: “Demand for urgent forensic investigation into the activities of Mr Odejinmi Adebayo Olusanjo, a director inside the head of civil service office for his immediate interrogation, arrest, prosecution before it is too late.” The group decried the level of corruption perpetuated by the retired SA to the head of Civil Service of the federation.

The group alleged that Mr. Olusanjo who retired from civil service June this year has been calling on directors from almost all the ministries and ordering them to give him money and contracts, failure which he said he will work their transfers out of their respective offices.
The copy of the letter which Core Reporters stumbles on reads in parts,

“We are a Civil Society Organization operating in Nigeria; our basic objective is to fight corruption and promoting good governance. As a Non Governmental Organisation we have decided to join you in this very important crusade to expose greedy, corrupt, overzealous and vindictive Civil servants who have caused and will continue to cause societal-economic hardship to our nation if left unchecked.

“”n line with zero tolerance mantra of president Muhammadu Buhari we have been encouraged to inform you on the criminal activities of your SA by name Mr. Odejinmi Adebayo Olusanjo who had retired from service on 16th June, 2022 by the virtue of mandatory 60 years of age in civil service rules.

The group alleged that Mr. Olusanjo is using his telephone number to call directors from various ministries demanding for money and contracts from them intimidating them saying if they don’t give him what he wanted he will post them out of their various offices and replace them with those who will yield to his dubious demands.

The group also alleged that during the permanent secretaries exams conducted in 2020 and 2021, Mr Olusanjo illegally intimidated and harassed some persons of concern at the venue of the screening exercise because he has of a particular candidates from one of the states he was projecting.

However, Core Reporters’ reporting that, the group is demanding among other things that the head of civil service of the federation should call on the EFCC to investigate and prosecute his SA Olusanjo for his nefarious activities.

They also urged the head of civil to compel Olusanjo to return all the monies his has collected from the said directors.

And urged them to recover all monies illegally paid to Mr Olusanjo’s account or by proxy to his favourable directorate posting and additional salary he is receiving.
Meanwhile, the NGO in a letter signed by Mr Nathaniel Idogbor for the group said it is equiped with information against Mr. Olusanjo to assist in his prosecution, though alleging that Olusanjo is interfering with their investigation into his fraudulent deals at the IPPIS.
