The Labour Party presidential aspirant, regretted that the dignity of labour has been bastardized by the diverse policies of the government in power.
The presidential aspirant urged Nigerian workers to fully identify with Labour Party, so that their interest can be fully protected and taken care of. He frowned at the negligence and relegation of workers in Nigeria, stating that their service conditions is undeserving.

Hon Sampson further decried the inconsistency and irregularities associated with the payment of their salaries and other entitlements while in service and on retirement.
He further emphasized that the rights of Nigerian workers remained critical to national development, while urging the government to emulate workers cordial relationship with their governments in other countries of the world.
“ workers with government are known as ‘government workers’, they are responsible for the functioning of government , they don’t have to go on strike or beg before their salaries and allowances are paid

The statement reads, ” Great Nigerian workers, Great !!!. I congratulate you all for living to witness this day as we all celebrate the 2022 workers day.
You are indeed the back bone of governance and of the economy.
The services rendered by you, Nigerian workers, in government and private sector, is a sacrifice to the growth of the nation which cannot be quantified with regards to the gains of the nation.
“I urges you all to whole heartedly support the Labour Party under which party I am aspiring for the 2023 Presidential Elections, for a new governance narrative.
“I want you all to ensure that your votes count in the 2023 elections, and that Labour Party remains your Choice.
“It’s a promise from my heart , that the story of negation, issues of remunerations and provocations that leads to workers unrest, protests and so on, will all be history.
Labour Party will tackle every labour disputes that has to do with Nigerian workers.
“Be assured that services and your commitments to duty, will be fully recompensed by the government of Labour Party come 2023 if voted by you the workers of conscience.
Your labour will be dignified with me at the helms of the nations affairs for the benefit of Nigerian workers.
