The Chairman of White Cloud Sports Management Limited, Jasper Oluranti Netufo has hinted that they are committed to assisting Nigeria football national teams, leagues as well as other sports to compete favourably with their counterparts in other climes.
Netufo, in a telephone conversation, said it is not possible that coaches do remember everything that happened during matches and even training session as such they lost a lot of information that would have been useful to the team but with the latest technologies in place, it is easy to recall any information that would be useful to the team.
He noted that coaches do remember less than forty per cent of what happens in their team’s performance but he said sports performance analysis can objectively reveal every information that is missing and confirms the accuracy of our memory.
According to him, everything about sports has gone beyond physical coaching but scientific now and White Cloud Sports Management Limited is ready to bring the knowledge to Nigerian sports stakeholders so that they can grow alongside their contemporaries in other climes.
Netufo stated that it will also help coaches to monitor players and athletes fitness level before inviting them to play for the country so that we can always have the best legs to be invited.
He further stated that an effective video analysis process is split into three main areas; Shooting videos, Analyzing performances and sharing information to the players and other members of the team.
“We in White Cloud Sports Management Ltd are interested in the growth of football and other sports in Nigeria that is why we are working on a project that will unveil very soon to all sports stakeholders in Nigeria, and after that, we believe the dwindling fortune of our sports will improve tremendously.
“It all about shooting accurate videos, analyse the videos and now share the information with everyone that is involved. For instance, if you shoot the video when a football match was on, then after a day you analyse the video together with the players and coaches crew so any information discovers will serve the entire team, that is exactly what we are looking at bringing into Nigeria’s sports.
“It will also help our national teams’ coaches and clubs for selection of players and athletes whose fitness level are high to represent the country or their clubs at every giving occasion,” he said.
