In order to put an end to lingering speculations on whether Kano Pillars will sign the Super Eagles skipper, Ahmed Musa back to the club or not, the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) club, Kano Pillars has confirmed that they have agreed on terms with their former player, Ahmed Musa to keep him in the club till the end of the ongoing, 2020/21 season, Core Reporters report.
In a press statement from the office of the club’s chairman, Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya Jambul and signed by the media officer of the club, Rilwanu Idris Malikawa, Pillars said they have put to rest the speculations going around about their quest to sign their former player back to the club
According to the statement, “From today (Tuesday) April 13, 2021, Sai masu gida has agreed to sign Ahmed Musa to the rest of the 2020/2021 football season.
The club media officer, Malikawa said, “We have agreed to sign the player after consultations with him and the league management company which stand as the mediator of the deal.
“Already, we have received a letter from the league LMC signed by the Chief Operating Officer of the company, Alhaji Salihu Abubakar that Pillars Fc will sign Ahmed Musa as an Elite player of the league to the end of the season.
However, Malikawa said Kano pillars Fc’s family is welcoming Musa back to family and wish him Allah’s Guidance.
“Ahmed Musa is our own and Pillars Fc will remain with him anytime and anywhere he found himself,” Malikawa said.
Malikawa further stated that the club also agreed to release the player anytime he gets bigger offer abroad.
Meanwhile, Corer Reporters report that after completing all necessary documentations the Kano state Governo,r Abdullahi Umar Ganduje would unveil Musa before the commencement of the second stanza of the league.
