Ahead of the 2023 general election, a two time House of Representative member seeking reelection for the third time at the green chamber of the National Assembly to represent Keffi, Kokona and Karu Federal Constituency, Honourable Jonathan Gaza has commissioned a one storey class rooms block at Govt Secondary School, Karu .
Hon. Gaza also distributed no fewer than forty (40) motor cycles and Fifteen (15) vehicles to principal party officials from the Three Local Government Areas that constituted the Federal constituency, during his official flagged off of campaign in Karu
Performing the commissioning ceremony of the School Project, Hon. Gaza maintained that he is a product of education and that what made him what he is today in the society is education, therefore, he will do more to better the standard of education at all times.
Hon Gaza who was elected into the National Assembly in 2011 under the umbrella of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and later defected to joined the ruling All progressive Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State, but had since dumped the ruling party in no distance time for lack of transparency, and will be contesting the 2023 election under the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP)
He assured his supporters of more dividend of democracy if he is return elected for the third time in office,as their representative.Jonathan Gaza along with his wife distributed motorcycles to coordinators of his campaign organization from across the Three Local Government Areas.
“I feel happy today ,because I believe is one of the things you can do to humanity, by improving on their social standard of living. i’m a product of education, that is why I am where I am today ,therefore giving back to the society is what I have always long for” He said. Thanking the House of Representative member,the principal of the Government secondary school Karu, Mr Joseph Slyvester, said to he will ensure that the building is maintained and properly utilized for the purpose for which it was constructed.
