Gov. Samuel Ortom’s wife, Dr. Eunice Erdoo Ortom

The forum of Special Advisers to the Governor of Benue State,Samuel Ortom, has commended wife of the Governor, Dr Eunice Erdoo Ortom for coping with the COVID -19 infections.
Leader of the Forum, Mr Bem Dzoho who said this when he led the members on a solidarity visit on her on Wednesday, at the Benue People’s House, Makurdi, informed that Dr Ortom’s wife attitude throughout the period that she was infected with the virus and subsequent recovery from it has allayed the fears of many people of the disease, and encouraged people to get tested.
In her reaction, Dr Eunice Ortom urged people of the state not to see contraction of the disease as a death sentence but to always observe the prevention protocols in order to curb the spread of the menace.
She attributed her and son’s recovery from the disease to prayers and encouragement, encouraging the forum to continue in their support for her husband’s administration towards actualization of its set goals and objectives.
In a related development, the governor’s wife also played host to the Forum of Governor’s appointees from Gwer Local Government Area, led by the Principal Special Assistant to the governor on waste management, Mr Ken Achado who came to rejoice with her over her recovery from the corona virus pandemic and wished her God’s blessings in her forthcoming birthday.
