Eid Mubarak: Information Minister Celebrates with Muslim Faithful, Urges Citizens to Embrace Love and Unity

Nigerian Minister of Information, Mohammed Idris has felicitated with Nigerian Muslims on the occassion of the celebration of Eid Mubarak. He also urged Nigerians to use this occassion to embrace love and unity towards one another.
The Minister said, “On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation, I warmly congratulate all Muslim faithful in Nigeria and across the world on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
“This sacred festival reminds us of the timeless virtues of faith, sacrifice, obedience, compassion, and devotion to the will of Almighty Allah, as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS). It is a season for reflection, unity, tolerance, and renewed commitment to the values that bind us together as one nation.
According to him, “As Nigerians celebrate with their families and loved ones, I urge citizens to continue praying for the peace, stability, and progress of our dear country. The administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, remains committed to delivering the Renewed Hope Agenda and building a more secure, prosperous, and inclusive Nigeria for all.
“I also encourage Nigerians to use this period to extend love and support to the less privileged, promote peaceful coexistence, and strengthen the spirit of national unity, irrespective of ethnic, religious, or political differences.
“May the blessings of Eid bring peace, joy, and abundant prosperity to every home, and may Almighty Allah accept our prayers and sacrifices.” The statement concluded.
