Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN), Area 1, Abuja, and the International Conference Center were the places to be on Saturday as Ba’adhn Suleiman Bogoro said ‘I do’ to his heart-throb, Abigail David Malgwi.

It was a gathering of both saints and crème de la crème in Nigeria political, education and religion sector among others gathered and witness the marriage solemnization of the two lover birds.

While delivering a sermon to the congregation, the  Vice President COCIN, Rev Dr. Obed G. K. Dashan,  who took his reading from 1st Peter 3: 1-7 said it was pertinent that Abigail is remembered the command of God on wives, stating that the holy book mandated the wife to submit to her husband. As he informed Ba’adhn to be considerate to his wife

Rev. Dapchan insisted that the only way for couples to enjoy their marriage to the fullest is when both parties stick to the teaching of God as recorded in the holy bible, saying that if a husband is considerate to his wife whatever she does would not infuriate him and same to the wife.

However, Professor Suleiman Bogoro expressed happiness seeing his son Ba’adhn clicking to his soul-mate, but more to him was the calibre of personality (Nigerians) that honoured his family by gracing the occasion both at the church and the reception venue.

The Executive Secretary of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TetFund), however, expressed hope in the ones of Nigeria when he said his son wedding defiles religion and ethnicity as both Moslems and Christians attended the church service and the reception which shows that we are one no matter our religion and ethnicity.

Meanwhile, the executive governors of Plateau State, Simon Lalong and his counterpart in Taraba state, Darius Ishaku were present at the church service as well as the Deputy Governor of Benue State, Benson Abounu, the secretary to the government of the federation, Boss Mustapha, the Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen, the former speaker of the house of reps, Rt. honourable Yakubu Dogara, and the former governor of Bauchi state, Adamu Muazu.

Others were; the various university vice-chancellors and Provosts, traditional rulers, former and present justices and judges among others attended the wedding solemnization of the son and daughter of Prof. Suleiman Elias Bogoro and Dr. David Pabir Malgwi
