APC Unveils Powerful Team to Drive 2026 National Convention
…as Masari, Anyim Lead Election Sub- Committee

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has unveiled powerful teams that will drive the 2026 party’s national convention. The National Chairman of the party, Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, inaugurated the National Convention Central Coordination Committee on Wednesday, with former Speaker of the House of Representatives and Katsina State Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari, leading the Election Sub-Committee.
The inauguration took place at the Party’s National Secretariat in Abuja. The committee is mandated to coordinate and harmonize all activities leading to the successful conduct of the Party’s 2026 National Convention.
Prof. Yilwatda urged all members to discharge their responsibilities with diligence and in strict adherence to the Party’s Constitution and approved guidelines. The APC reassures members, stakeholders, and Nigerians of its commitment to conducting a credible and transparent National Convention that further strengthens internal democracy and consolidates its progressive ideals.
