The retreat will hold at the Prestige Hotels and Suites, situated at Ihama road Oka, by Airport road junction, Benin City, Edo state capital.
Participants from the forty-six (46) NNL clubs have started arriving in the ancient city of Benin for the one-day retreat.
Meanwhile, the NNL Annual General Assembly, (AGA) has been scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 15 December 2021 at the same venue and will be attended by Presidents of the clubs only.
Some of the matters to be discussed at the AGA include the ratification of the NNL amended rules and regulations for the new season, the kick-off date and league format amongst others.
Edo state government under the leadership of Governor Godwin Obaseki some weeks ago graciously approved the hosting of the NNL AGA by the state.
NNL chairman, Senator Obinna Ogba, has, however, continued to thank Governor Obaseki, his Deputy Philip Shuaibu and the good people of Edo State for the huge show of support and interest in developing sports in Nigeria.
